BRM believes in a balance between career and personal time to ensure excellent quality of life for our staff. We offer a 35 hour work week, overtime pay above 35 hours, reasonable tax season overtime requirements and telecommuting.

We service non-public businesses and their owners in various industries including residential and commercial real estate development and operation, importers and wholesalers, retail and restaurant chains, manufacturers and builders, natural resources and energy, among others. Their revenue ranges from $500,000 to $500,000,000. Owners of these businesses have generated substantial Estate, Gift & Trust work for the firm as well as advanced individual and family income tax planning.
